Polygon processes personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia ("Official Gazette RS", No. 87/2018, hereinafter: ZZPL) and principles aligned with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Personal Data We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide our services:

  • Contact form inquiries: name, email address, message content — when you send us an inquiry through the website.
  • Booking inquiries: name, email address, preferred location and plan — when you submit a booking inquiry.
  • Analytics data: anonymized usage data (pages visited, time on site, device type) — collected via Google Analytics 4 with your consent.
  • Cookies: locale preference cookie (polygon-locale), analytics cookies (with consent).

We do not collect sensitive personal data (special categories), payment card information, or create user accounts on this website.

We process your data on the following legal bases (Article 12, ZZPL):

Data transfers to countries outside Serbia are conducted with appropriate safeguards in accordance with Article 65 of the ZZPL.
