These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website polygon.rs operated by Polygon Consulting doo, Kozara 1, 11000 Belgrade, Republic of Serbia, registered with the Serbian Business Registers Agency (MB: company registration number), hereinafter referred to as "Polygon", "we", "us".

Through this website, Polygon provides:

• Contact and booking inquiry forms for prospective members
• A blog with articles about coworking in Belgrade

The website is an informational and inquiry platform. Actual coworking services are provided under separate service agreements concluded at our physical locations.

3. Booking Inquiries

Submitting a booking inquiry through the website does not constitute a binding reservation or contract. Inquiries are processed by our team, and service agreements are finalized directly with Polygon at the chosen location.

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1 business day. Availability displayed on the website is indicative and may change without prior notice.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in EUR (Euro) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change. The prices in effect at the time of signing a service agreement shall apply.

We do not process payments through this website. Payment is handled directly at our locations or via invoice as agreed in the service contract.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, design, logos, and software — is the property of Polygon Consulting doo or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of Serbia.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
