Ground Floor Lounge & Dining Area: A living room perfect for informal meetings, client pitches, or team lunches (seating for 8-10, sofa, large screen TV).
Kitchen: Equipped with an espresso machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, dishes and cutlery
Wellness & Relaxation: Access to the private courtyard with a heated swimming pool (not big but cozy) and a furnished terrace – ideal for team breaks and after-hours networking (by prior arrangement).

Monthly Sublease Price for the All-Inclusive Service 24/5 (Monday - Friday).
The price includes absolutely everything:
Dedicated Space (Chosen Offices) and use of all Shared Facilities.
Zero Utility Hassle, all operating expenses are covered: High-Speed Internet, electricity, communal services, gas heating, and air conditioning.
Complete Office Management: IT Support, Daily cleaning, property maintenance, and all kitchen supplies.
Refreshments: Espresso coffee, instant coffee, milk, healthy snacks (peanuts, almonds, cashew nuts...), fruits and spring water are always stocked.
Flexibility: Option to utilize the courtyard/terrace after-hours company events (by prior arrangement).
