A private office for seven, priced as six
Polygon has a private office at Kozara 1 in Savski venac that seats seven people. It costs €990 a month, which is the price of six desks at €165. The seventh desk comes with the room. Nobody has explained to us why this should stay a secret.
Where it is
Kozara 1 is within walking distance of Slavija. It sits at a crossroads where city transport and the motorway meet, so it is easy to reach from every part of Belgrade. Parking on the surrounding streets is public and free, with no time limit.
The internet
Kozara 1 has a 1 Gbit/1 Gbit line and a second line of 600/300 as a backup. Your video call has a plan B, which is more than most meetings.
The terms
There is no deposit and no notice period. There is no long lease. The door is open around the clock. Polygon Consulting doo is in the VAT system and issues invoices to companies. We have rented desks in Belgrade since October 2014.
Who it suits
A team of up to seven that wants its own door and a desk each. Clients who arrive by car will find parking. Colleagues who live across the city will reach it from any direction.

Message us on WhatsApp or write through the contact form. Say "private office at Kozara 1". We answer in English or Serbian and confirm whether the office is free. Then we agree the details.
Black November offer
The first month is free on a three month agreement, for new clients who sign in November 2026. If the agreement ends before three months, the first month is charged.
